The EVO 2 is a high end high performance scooter built in Taiwan which uses an Italian 40cc 2 stroke engine (brand name is Active). The EVO 2 is the only 2 stroke gas scooter with a 2 speed built in transmission. The scooter has a 2 speed patented transmission on it, the rider can switch to second gear after first gear winds out to gain more power and speed.
